About The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for an  Administrator to join our Operational Support Services Team at the AML Hub in Warwick.

The ideal candidate should be able to work in a very busy environment.  The ability to multitask and work independently is advantageous.  The role involves a wide range of administrative activities across several platforms including processing of patient referrals, booking appointments, billing and general office duties.  This would encompass reporting, telephone queries, complaint handling within specific SLAs whilst working towards achieving team KPIs.

Our Admin team plays a pivotal role in supporting our clinical teams and patients to ensure the smooth running of the Radiology Scanning service across Alliance Medical.  Experience in a healthcare environment or those with customer service experience would be beneficial but full training will be given to the right candidate.

The hours of work are 40 per week. Work shifts across 8am-8pm Monday - Sunday, on a rotational basis.

As a successful candidate you should be able to demonstrate:

  • Prior experience in a healthcare environment preferred

  • Good communication skills both written and verbal

  • Good IT and administration skills 

  • A flexible, organised and enthusiastic attitude towards work

  • Excellent telephone manner
